Jim Unsworth / Composting Process Separated Organic Material is fed to digesters, each having a capacity of 20 metric tons of organic waste. Liquid and solid matter is separated by the Industrial Stomach in 2 - 3 hours. This separation process produces pure organic compost with all gases contained. The Organic Compost is then dried with the steam from the plastic separation process and then transported to a mixing tank where elements are added to produce Organic Fertilizer.
